Heidi is the real deal. As a first time home buyer, I had a million questions and a seemingly endless list of “must haves” for our new home. Heidi was patient, gracious, and worked tirelessly to find houses that matched our criteria.

We found our dream home on our first day of actual home tours! She’s magic! Heidi walked us through each step of the way: placing the offer, countering higher bids, and eventually, all of the paperwork! Even through COVID restrictions, Heidi was able to negotiate on our behalf in so many situations, get us into so many homes for tours, and was honest with us about potential pros and cons of each. She never once made us feel pressured to purchase or pushed a house that we didn’t immediately love.

Heidi is a consummate professional who is tenacious in bringing a deal to closure.  We were out-of-state owners and she acted on our behalf in so many ways.  Heidi recommended an eviction company when it became apparent the tenants would not move and refused to pay rent.  Heidi recommended a sale price on this older property that would ensure interest from an investor/buyer.  We immediately had a couple of offers but she recommended patience to see if we could get full price.  She was correct; a full price cash offer was made and accepted.  This deal was side-lined by a lis pendens and quiet title lawsuit from a third party but Heidi did not falter.  She negotiated an escrow extension with the buyer which allowed our attorney time to remove the lis pendens and we ultimately closed escrow.  Heidi interfaced with attorneys, escrow, title to get the job done.  She earned far more than her commission on this complicated deal.  I would not hesitate to engage Heidi for any future real estate transactions.
